I wouldn't even stay here for a million dollars for one day, Rooms are dirty infested with cockroaches, smells like urine, and cigarette smoke, too dangerous, loud at night crackheads disturbing, cigarette burns every where, rooms are not cleaned, staff are not nice, customer service is horrible, lights broken, I would leave ZERO STARS but it won’t let me, I am not happy because it’s non refundable, pictures online do not match hotel, May be nice on the outside but on the inside forget about it…

Nah bro the bed has bugs the lamp is broken the cabinet is destroyed this is the worst hotel ever I saw and I will never come back again and has random clothes that is not ours. Bad hotel needs to do better and not smoke in the hotel because the beds are burned.this place sucks and never ever come back again even for 20,000

Need I say anymore! Not to mention the ninja walking the walkway dragging a samurai sword! These are pics of the second rm afterwhich I paid for 2 nights ask for a full refund of 1 and never received! Management is VERY RUDE!! I WAITED 3HRS TO SWITCH TO A DECENT RM TO THIS! AFTER 3HRS OF DRIVING, LATE FOR A WEDDING REHEARSAL!

Infested with cockroaches. They don’t clean the rooms. They admitted all of the rooms are dirty. The staff got into a fight because they checked me out. There was no goddamn lock on the door!!!!!! Ew

Disgusting. I got to the hotel after 12am. As soon as I walked in, I walked back out and went to the front desk to request a refund, but they refused saying that I had already been in the room for more than 30 minutes which was not true. They said I could stop by after 9 am to "check out" with the owner, but did not guarantee that I would be refunded. I am here on business and will be working during that time, so I don't know how I'm supposed to be able to do that. Bugs in the room. Dirty towels from the previous guest. Mold behind the toilet. Broken, exposed light switches. Broken door lock.
